Experienced Draftsman - Architectural & Interior Design

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare architectural working drawings, including layouts, elevations, and sections.

2. Develop accurate MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants for approval.

3. Create and finalize RCC consultant drawings as per structural requirements.

4. Design detailed interior working drawings (furniture layouts, false ceiling, etc.).

5. Develop high-quality 3D models and renders using SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray.

6. Support graphic design tasks using tools like Photoshop for presentations.

7. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.

8. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to achieve project goals.

Skills and Software Proficiency:

- AutoCAD: Advanced skills in 2D drafting and detailing.
- SketchUp: Expertise in 3D modeling for visualization.
- Lumion & V-Ray: Rendering high-quality images and videos.
- Photoshop: For graphic design and client presentation support.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of RCC, MEP, and interior detailing.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively coordinate with consultants and project teams.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional drafting experience in architectural and interior projects.

Salary Package:
₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

(Negotiable based on skills and experience)
