The QA QC Engineer for Facade Works is responsible for ensuring that all facade-related activities glass aluminum cladding curtain wall etc are executed in accordance with project specifications international standards and client requirements The role involves inspection testing documentation and reporting of facade installation and materials to ensure the highest quality and compliance Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor QA QC procedures and inspection test plans ITPs specific to facade works Conduct material inspections upon delivery to site and verify compliance with approved samples and specifications Inspect installation works e g curtain wall ACP cladding aluminum frames glazing as per drawings and QA QC checklists Coordinate with project teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports NCRs and ensure timely closure with corrective preventive actions Participate in mock-up inspections and factory acceptance tests FATs at fabrication facilities Prepare and maintain all quality records and documentation related to facade work e g RFI MIR WIR checklists Assist in reviewing method statements material submittals and shop drawings for compliance Ensure facade works are executed in compliance with relevant codes e g ASTM BS EN AAMA Conduct regular site audits and provide recommendations for quality improvements Support handover documentation and final quality dossier submission to clients or consultants Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related discipline Minimum 3-7 years of experience in QA QC specifically in facade works In-depth knowledge of facade systems curtain wall unitized panels ACP spider glazing etc Familiar with QA QC documentation ITPs and quality management systems ISO 9001 preferred Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications Good understanding of facade testing requirements e g water penetration structural load Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors consultants and internal teams Certifications like CQE Certified Quality Engineer or ISO auditor training are a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month
