**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Development**: Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and project specifications.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist in the planning and execution of architectural projects, including preparing and modifying architectural documents, plans, and specifications.
- **Site Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive site analysis to inform design decisions, including evaluating site conditions, zoning, and environmental factors.
- **Client Consultation**: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide innovative design solutions that meet client expectations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and ordinances.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management within the real estate sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in architectural design software tools is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in real estate sector
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Thane
