**Job Title**: BIM Trainer

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on BIM tools such as **Revit Architcture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Dynamo, BIM 360**, and other related software.
- Teach students the fundamentals of BIM, including modeling, coordination, clash detection, quantity take-off, and project documentation.
- Develop course content, training materials, practical assignments, and case studies.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to trainees during and after the course.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement team to enhance course offerings.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in **Revit Architecture, Structure, and MEP** is a must.
- Knowledge of **Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, Tekla, and ArchiCAD** preferred.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows in design, construction, and facility management.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, student-friendly manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in **Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management** or a related field.
- Certification in BIM or relevant software will be an added advantage.
- Minimum **2-5 years of industry experience** in BIM execution and **1+ year in training/mentoring** (preferred).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
