You will collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to ensure that thumbnails accurately reflect the content and resonate with a professional audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and professional thumbnails for B2B YouTube videos
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand video content and audience demographics
- Use graphic design software to produce high-quality thumbnail designs that meet brand standards
- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and YouTube best practices to optimize thumbnail performance
- Ensure consistency in style and branding across all thumbnails
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall design approach
- Manage multiple thumbnail projects while adhering to deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a YouTube Thumbnail Designer or in a similar graphic design role, specifically for B2B content
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and audience expectations
- Portfolio showcasing previous thumbnail designs, especially for B2B videos
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for visual communication
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate visually compelling concepts
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
