Tele Calling Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Follow scripts and sales processes to engage customers and persuade them to take the desired action (such as making a purchase or scheduling a meeting).
- Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, answer their questions, and provide information about products or services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, share customer feedback, and improve overall sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively communicate with customers

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
