**Urgent Requirement**

**Accounting Functions**:

- Manage general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Supervise and support junior accounting staff with day-to-day tasks.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations (bank, accounts payable/receivable, intercompany, etc.).

**Travel invoice reconciliation**:

- Matching travel invoices from vendors (hotels, airlines, car rentals) with corresponding expense reports and ensuring proper payment processing.

**Vendor management**:

- Managing relationships with travel vendors, negotiating contracts, and resolving billing issues.

**Goods & Service Tax (GST):

- **
- Accounts & Records to Maintaining Under GST, Details of ITC availed, Working of Output tax payable and paid, Return Submission-GSTR1, GSTR3B etc. upload and Submit all return using secure data network, Inputs Tax Credit Reconciliation-Match GSTR2B with GSTR 3B, Prepare working data for Annual Return GSTR- 9, Prepare reconciliation statement for GSTR- 9C, Vendor’s Tax Credit Reconciliation.

**TDS Liabilities:

- **
- Prepare Working sheet for TDS Liabilities on a Monthly basis, regularly monitor and reconcile expenses to ensure that all TDS has been properly booked, Timely Payment of TDS on the basis of the working sheet, File the quarterly TDS return. Resolve the issues in case of Notice received from IT dept.

**Direct Taxation:

- **
- Filed Income Tax Returns (ITR-6) of the company through Compu Tax Software, prepared a schedule for tax audit, and Prepare Stock reconciliation statements for Tax Audit.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
Travel background accountant preferred.
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software like (xlwebpro)
Expertise in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and payroll processing
Experience with TDS calculations and filings
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
