Accounts and Finance Executive

**Location**: Work from Office (Bavdhan, Pune)
**Work Schedule**:As per company policy
**Work Experience**: minimum 5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Financial Entries and Record Keeping**:_

▪ Manage purchase, bank (receipt & payment), cash entries in Tally.
▪ Handle sales bills and maintain the sales register. (Preparing Sale Bills & corresponding E-Invoicing / E-Way Bills)
- **2.GST Returns and Compliance**:_

▪ Prepare periodic statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
▪ Finalisation of Monthly Sale Return & reconciling the same with GST E-Invoicing Data
▪ Reconcile the GST statement (GSTR2B) with the Purchase Register by the 17th or 18th of every month.
- **3. Government Tax Filings**:_

▪ Generate necessary statements for TDS, Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, and other government taxes.
- **4.Debtors and Creditors Management**:_

▪ Generate Debtors’ list thrice a month and Creditors' list once a month in the prescribed formats.
▪ Send respective lists to directors or tax consultants.
▪ Send periodic reminders to debtors along with ledger or reconciliation statements as needed.
- **5.Reconciliation and Follow-ups**:_

▪ Check and reconcile 26AS statements every quarter.
▪ Send reminders to payers in case of discrepancies.
- **6.Salary and Vendor Payments**:_

▪ Collaborate with HR to calculate salaries in the HR system.
▪ Generate PayPro statements for bulk payments to vendors and employees.
- **7. TDS Management**:_

▪ Generate monthly TDS files in the prescribed format for uploading via internet banking.
- **8. Support for IT Returns**:_

▪ Provide various statements to the IT consultant during the finalization of IT returns.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in accounts and finance.
- Previous experience working in an ad agency is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally and handling various finance and accounting operations including Excel Reporting.

- Adept at collaborating with HR for payroll processing and managing vendor payments.
