Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Overview

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the financial transactions of an

organization, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting,and financial reporting.

Roles and responsibilities

Accounting of Cash transactions, Bank transactions, Purchase transactions & Salary JV

Preparation of Bank Reconciliations

Monitoring of bank balances

Generation of various accounting reports. E.G bills receivables & payables

Timely Statutory payments -TDS, PT, GST, ESIC

Reconciliation of TDS & GST with government utilities. (Form 26AS & GSTR2A & returns)

Preparation for yearly closing like provisions

General Ledger Scrutiny/ reconciliation

Preparation for Statutory and GST Audit

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:
2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

**Skills**:Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally or others).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Advance Excel skills

Certifications (Optional):
Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of

Chartered Certified Accountants) can be an advantage.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
