**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and other financial documentation
- Monitor budgets and project-related expenses, ensuring alignment with financial plans
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients for financial transactions and billing
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
- Support audits and ensure timely reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts
- Generate reports for management on financial performance, cash flow, and profitability
- Work closely with project teams to track costs and ensure accurate job costing
- Maintain up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, etc.)

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or EPC industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, MS Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
