**Job Title**: Accounts Assistant / Executive

**Overview**:
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing various accounting activities, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Your meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting principles will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounts Payable/Receivable Management**:

- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.

**2. General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Record financial transactions by entering journal entries into the general ledger system/Tally.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in ledger balances.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

**3. Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate various financial reports for management review and decision-making purposes.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and trends.

**4. Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide insights into deviations.

**5. Compliance and Audit Support**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during annual audits.

**6. Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Working experience of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Full Time - Work From Office (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM)

1st & 3rd Saturday - Work From Home

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
