**Role - Project Associate**

**Location: India-**Remote or Bengaluru

**You will be responsible for**:

- Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the project
- Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with the requirement providers
- Ensure the project is on track and delivery is on time
- Closely track and update internal or client project management system
- Develop and deliver progress reports and charts
- Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- User Support, Trainings, New Requirement gathering, issue resolution of a Project Management tool

**About you**:
Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)
- Around 1+ years of experience as a project associate
- Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is an added advantage
- Education
- Any Graduate
- More than 1 year of work experience
