- Bangalore Business Support Office**Position** : Quality Associate - Chemistry

**Role** : Analysis of all forms of products, analytical works in lab & records management

**Required Qualification & Skill**:

- B. Sc or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field.
- A fresher with good academic profile, knowledge and skill sets.
- Technical capability and understanding.
- Sound knowledge in Analytical chemistry
- Must be a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Preparation and standardization of all chemical reagents and indicators as and when required.
- Sampling and analysis of raw materials, in process goods and finished products.
- Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC SOPs.
- Assist in developing new test methods for Raw materials and finished products
- Assist in Modification and validation of analytical procedures to meet QC’s needs
- Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instruments like GC, HPLC etc.
- Take initiation for any new test methods which need to be implemented at Gaiagen QC lab
- Involve in procedure review and propose modifications and updates.
- Keep all quality related workbooks and other quality system documents up-to date
- Compilation of data and reports for quality activities
- Follow-up all Production and QC record and maintain the same
- Maintain lab chemical stock sheet and other Lab supplies
- Report monthly on supplies for QC orders involving devices and reagents
- Preserve workplace safety and safe materials handling as appropriate
- Responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration and repair within his/her scope
- Admirable communication skills to share knowledge and promote cross-functional teamwork.
