**Location**: Vile Parle East, Mumbai
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Mobilization Coordination**: Oversee and manage the deployment and movement of machines, equipment, and resources to various locations.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors for procurement and timely delivery of resources as per requirements.
- **Ground Team Support**: Collaborate with the ground team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
- **Warehouse Visits**: Conduct regular visits to warehouses to monitor operations and address any issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, including schedules, logs, and reports.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobilization coordination or a similar domain.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in communication (English and regional languages preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage vendor relations.
- Willingness to travel to warehouses and other locations as required.
