**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with vendors and the ground team to ensure smooth mobilization of Vendiman machines.
- Manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of necessary supplies and materials.
- Support the mobilization team by coordinating and following up on logístical tasks and activities.
- Visit warehouses as required to supervise mobilization activities and ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in maintaining records and documentation related to mobilization and procurement activities.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.

**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the mobilization of Vendiman machines and related equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and ground teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Support the procurement process by managing orders, tracking deliveries, and handling inventory.
- Visit warehouses as needed to oversee mobilization activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to address issues and provide updates.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to mobilization activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve the mobilization process and increase efficiency.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
