**Role: Talent Acquisition Partner**

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, recruit, interview and close professionals across a wide range of roles across IT.
- Working closely with management at all levels to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, as well as the Global Recruiting teams and HRBP.
- Knowledge of full Recruitment life cycle

Qualifications:

- A go-getter attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Zeal to learn and make a career into sourcing/Headhunting
- An Analytical mind.
- A creative thinker who can come up with new and innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and follow up skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills - Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Comfortable working individually as well, as well as partnering with a globally and culturally diverse team.
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
- Tech savviness
