Join us to help shape a workplace where every person can grow, succeed, and truly belong.Your Day to Day  As a Senior TA Partner you would be working on:  Manage and own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions Partner with Hiring Stakeholders to assess talent needs, source and identify qualified candidates, screen and support the interview & feedback process, complete the full offer and hiring process in a timely manner Ensure accuracy of systems and adhering to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations hiring processes Serve as an ambassador of the GoTo brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader Talent Acquisition strategy Work with TA Partners and TA Leadership, HR, Compensation, Finance, Senior Leadership to ensure hiring efforts are on track with the hiring forecast What We’re Looking For As a Senior TA Partner, your background will look like: 5+ years of corporate or staffing agency recruitment experience for technical roles  Resourceful, fast learner who is good with technology.
