- Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and submissions.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documents.

Purchase Management:

- Oversee procurement of materials and supplies needed for project operations.
- Maintain a stock register and ensure timely purchasing of inventory.
- Liaise with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality supplies.
- Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and ensure payments are made in accordance with agreements.

General Administrative Support:

- Assist with general office duties, filing, and correspondence as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
