**Job Title**: Tender Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Research, identify, and analyze potential tender opportunities in the market.
- Utilize a minimum of 1 year of experience in Gem Portal and other tender-related processes.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with tender documentation and submission deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies for tender responses.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of tender documents, contracts, and related information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and best practices related to tendering.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tendering and proposal preparation, specifically on the Gem Portal.
- In-depth understanding of the tendering process and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
