- On-boarding of new vender.
- Good with vendor management.

- Cost saving / Negotiation to ensure business profitability.

- Getting sample from vender and getting it approved from concern team.
- Raise Purchase Orders to the respective vendor for the selected items within specified

SLA. Prepare and maintain the Purchase order and payment metrics.
- Coordinate with various teams to validate and update on deliveries and payments. Drive

regular open Purchase order reconciliations.
- Own the end-to-end process of PO closures.
- Audit process gaps and coordinate with teams to set up SOPs to bridge such gaps.
- Timely address the customer and vendor escalations and contribute towards a better

customer experience.
- Setting up of vendor evaluation on timely basis to measure their performance with

respective to lead times, quality, and cost and taking necessary corrective action with

vendor as needed.
- Manage load distribution among vendors, by way of evaluating their capacity and past

performance.

**Requirements**:

- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- 3+ years of overall work-experience preferably in start-up operations
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Extremely high level of ownership
- Knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheet is a must
- Basic knowledge of printing specification such as KDL, Spot UV, matt finish, mono carton etc.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
