We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling to promote and sell holiday packages to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote holiday packages.
- Provide information on various travel destinations, packages, and services offered by Thomas Cook.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences to tailor holiday packages accordingly.
- Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

**Location**:
Lower Parel, Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
