**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Engagement**: Respond promptly to inbound leads generated from PPC ad campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- **Qualify & Convert**: Assess customer needs, present relevant travel products or services, and close sales over the phone
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries, handling objections, and following up as needed

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Language Proficiency**:

- _English role:_ Native or near‑native fluency in Spoken and Written English
- _Spanish role:_ Native or near‑native fluency in Spoken and Written Spanish
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven experience in tele‑sales, preferably in PPC, digital marketing, or travel sales
- **Technical Familiarity**: Basic understanding of Google Ads / Bing Ads platforms and PPC concepts (quality score, click‑through rate, bidding)
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; active listening
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle high call volumes, switch between systems, and maintain attention to detail
- **Shift Flexibility**: Willingness to work night and evening shifts (e.g., 6:30 PM-10 PM)

**What We Offer**
