**ROLE**: Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process)

**Job Description - International Voice Profile - Work from Office**

**Nature of Work**

CSAs will manage inbound and outbound calls and it is a selling of new plans and upgrade the existing plans.

**Educational Qualifications**

**Work Experience**

Min 1 year of Voice int. BPO Exp.

**Desired Skills**

Ability to communicate with international Clients / Customers and Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.

Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly.

Should have an excellent English communication skills

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

**Computer Proficiency**

Should be familiar with basic computers and MS-Office and Typing proficiency of 20 WPM and 80% accuracy.

**Work shifts**

Australian process - night shifts (split week off), 5 days working.

**Location**

Malad, Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International Voice Process: 1 year (required)
- Customer service in BPO: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
