**Position Title**: Front Desk Executive

**Reports to**: Spa Manager

**Position Summary**:
As the Front desk executive, you would play a very important role in the day to day operations of the Wellness spa. Should strive to maintain and motivate the entire SPA team, and also able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees.

Able to develop and implement SPA operational goals, policies and procedures. Additionally responsible for leading the efficient and effective Spa operations including shortand long-term strategic planning.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Always well Groomed with neat attire as per Management policy.
- Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guestexperience.
- Ensure all dealings with guests at the spa area to meet or exceed spa operating standards.
- Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure the health and safetyof guests and employees are paramount at all times.
- Ensure consistent Spa experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained.
- Ensure proper inventories of all operating Spa equipment are conducted in line with auditstandards in order to effectively manage operational cost.
- Ensure that the spa department follows safety and maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times.
- Ensure all spa and wellness equipment is maintained in good working order at all times.
- Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key.
- Able to provide guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes.
- Able to handle any guest complaints or special requirements.
- Able to implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa operational revenue.
- Able to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions.
- Responsible for checking and overseeing all guest settlements like cash, CC, room settlements etc.
- Responsible for reviewing all guest feedback results and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for spa employee’s weekly duty schedulesand staff duty charts.
- Coordinate with the contract labors to ensure proper repair and preventive maintenanceworks of all spa equipment.
- Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the Spa area to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and review Spa employee’s performance regularly and provide required guidance and update to Directors /Manager.
- Manage spa inventoryeffectively, and follow management purchasing standards to ensure audit compliance.
- Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation.
- Gather information and remain fully informed of local and international trends in Spa operations.
- Attend daily morning Director meeting.
- Raise purchase requisitionsof all retail and operational items as and when required.
- Admin/ Accounts Report and MIS to be submitted on 1st of every month.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
