**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers to the showroom with a friendly and approachable demeanor, assisting them in finding products and answering initial inquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting tiles, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen solutions by providing information on product features, styles, and pricing.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates to ensure customers receive personalized attention and support throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, including dusting displays, restocking products, and arranging merchandise to enhance visual appeal.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, such as conducting stock checks, replenishing merchandise, and assisting with receiving shipments.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service, sales, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
