Roles and Responsibility:
Office clerks typically perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of an office. Their duties may include:
- Answering phones and routing calls to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Filing and maintaining records
- Data entry and document processing
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and billing
- Conducting research and gathering information as needed
- Providing general administrative support to staff members
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience.
- Any Bachelor degree.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Good interpersonal skill.
**Salary**: From ₹8,000- 12,000 per month. Salary will be revised based on the performance.
