**Job Title: Production and Inventory Executive**

**Location**:Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu

**Preference**:Background in FMCG, preferably food or dairy

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Production Planning:

- Assist in developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

2. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and report inventory levels, stock movements, and storage capacity.
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste, obsolescence, and stockouts.

3. Logistics and Supply Chain:

- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Assist in analyzing production and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.

5. Compliance and Quality:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high-quality products and processes.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably in food or dairy sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
