We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. We are specifically seeking a Franchise Sales Manager with experience in Franchise Sales or a background in the clothing and fashion industry.

The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving franchise growth by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchisees. This role involves managing the entire franchise sales process, from lead generation to closing, and working closely with potential franchisees to ensure a successful onboarding experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management**: Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of prospects into franchisees. The activities should be timely updated in he company software.

Target Achievement : Achievement of key targets in the Franchise network (Sales, Revenue) in the territory. Deliver sales target for all products by executing the Sales strategy at the franchise level.

**Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and webinars to educate potential franchisees about the franchise opportunity, business model, and brand values.

**Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees to guide them through the decision-making process and address any concerns or questions.

**Franchise Development**: Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to develop and implement strategies for expanding the franchise network.

**Onboarding Support**: Assist new franchisees with the onboarding process, including training, site selection, and initial setup, to ensure a smooth transition into the franchise system.

Promotions: Execute promotional activities for Franchise partners to drive sales and build market credibility and achieve the zonal target.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.

**Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and franchisee performance to senior management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze sales data and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities

**Requirements**:
Experience in appointing distributors and franchise for Fashion, garment, fabric, or têxtile segment

Proven sales growth and target achievement track record

Fashion industry knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel within assigned regions

Pay: ₹25,148.49 - ₹40,583.90 per month
