**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive - Insurance Sales
**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain insurance products clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information.
- Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in voice process or tele sales preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can also apply

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month + incentives
**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Industry**: Previous experienced in Insurance / BPO / Tele calling can also apply
