**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Voice Process Executives** to join our team in the water manufacturing industry. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to support customers, handle product/service inquiries, and assist in sales and order coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries regarding water delivery, product installation, servicing, or complaints.
- Make outbound calls for order confirmations, renewals, or promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, service) to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM tools accurately.
- Follow up on leads and support field sales teams with backend coordination.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in voice-based customer support or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of water products (RO systems, packaged water, etc.) is an advantage.
