We are hiring Fixed Income Sales Associates for Wealth management, Mid Size Corporate Treasury & HNI Clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Onboarding new clients and servicing existing clients
2. Develop strong relationships with clients
3. Gather customer feedback and use it to perform better
4. Identify and communicate any bottlenecks and come up with solutions
5. Responsibility for overall trade volumes and their growth on a monthly basis
6.Negotiating between buyers & sellers to ensure and maintain timely execution of trades
7.Building up a rapport with clients and guiding them on transaction’s with the risk they stand to face

**Requirements**:
1. MBA fresher or with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to grasp learnings fast and remain motivated under pressure4. Analytical and problem solving attitude

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

- Mumbai - 400021, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
