Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Identify strategic business partnerships & Implement new business collaboration plans. Maintain business partnerships.
- Implement the e-commerce activities. Manage the operations for good service & manage a diverse service environment.
- Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms & promote good service performance.
- Prepare insights report on the data-mining outcome & track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights. Execute activities driven by data analytics.
