Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our IT company. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide solutions through the company's product and service offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,233.40 - ₹39,358.00 per month
