- **CRM Tools**:

- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and track campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
- Analyze customer data to derive insights and improve campaign targeting.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and tech teams to align campaigns with overall business strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative team to design appealing and engaging visuals for campaigns.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API and integration processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Integromat.
- Experience in creating customer journeys and automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
