- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s entire product range to recommend suitable upgrades or additional products.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly, escalating them to the relevant departments when needed.
- Use client feedback to improve sales strategies and customer service delivery.
