Ensuring adherence to the Payroll / Compliance checklists
- Adhere and Comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, LWF, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit Act, Minimum Wages Act etc.
- Preparation & checking the documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, Prof. Tax Challans, LWF Challans, Income Tax Deductions etc.
- Monthly submission of Professional Tax challan while submission of monthly PT return.
- Generation of UAN numbers & ESIC numbers
- Handling Client Audit Monthly / Quarter / Yearly Basis
- Sending documents of PF Challan, ESI challan, duly highlighted ECR of PF and ESI, PT challan, salary register, salary slip registers under contract Labor act, etc. to the client monthly.
- Visit statutory departments viz. PF, PT, ESIC, LWF within Mumbai, outside Mumbai to submit the forms and resolving technical queries of client employees.
- Submission & Returns for all applicable acts and will not limit only to Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, LWF, MWA, Bonus Act, Employment exchange & Labor Welfare Fund, etc.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
