We are looking for a **proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist** to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our range of financial and healthcare products.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Management**:

- Maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system.
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Communicate the benefits of Truefin's financial products or Truepal's healthcare services effectively.
- Convert leads into customers by addressing their needs and objections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of Truefin’s financial products and Truepal’s healthcare services.
- Stay updated on industry trends to position the offerings effectively.
- **Customer Support & Retention**:

- Follow up with existing customers for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Proven experience in **inside sales** or **telecalling**, preferably in financial or healthcare domains.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **inside sales** or **telecalling**, preferably in financial or healthcare domains.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
