Join our dynamic team at Arena Animation Malad as a Telecaller We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who can efficiently call provided data, generate walk-ins. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and establishing lasting relationships with potential students.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to a provided list of prospective students, introducing them to the programs and courses offered by Arena Animation Malad.

2. Engage potential students in meaningful conversations to understand their interests, goals, and aspirations, and highlight the benefits of pursuing animation education at Arena Animation Malad.

4. Effectively promote the unique selling points and competitive advantages of Arena Animation Malad to create interest and excitement among prospective students.

5. Identify and qualify leads by assessing their potential for admission, gauging their commitment, and capturing essential details for follow-up.

6. Schedule appointments and campus visits for interested prospects, coordinating with the admissions team to ensure smooth processes and a positive experience.

7. Maintain a detailed and organized record of all interactions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

8. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for generating walk-ins and admissions, consistently striving for excellence and contributing to the overall success of the center.

10. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align efforts and support promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the education industry.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into walk ins.

4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students.

5. Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
