**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or freshers who are passionate about online marketing, social media, and brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Marketing**:

- Assist in managing company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on weekly social media metrics.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Research trends and competitors to identify digital marketing opportunities.
- Conduct basic keyword research for content optimization (SEO).

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Assist in tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics.

**Content Support**:

- Write and proofread basic content for blogs, captions, and ad copies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for visuals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in social media trends and digital platforms.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- trong interest in both social media marketing and UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design consistency.

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):

- Internship or project experience in marketing or content creation.
- Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
