**We are looking for Business Intelligence,**

**5 days working (alternate Saturday's are WFH),**

**Location - Mumbai (Andheri east, Chakala).**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of business analysts.
- Strong technical skills in data visualization, and SQL; know-how of data warehousing is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies.
- Excellent ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions.
- Experience in creating visually compelling data reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting data insights to stakeholders.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute the company's data and analytics strategy to align with business goals.
- Lead a team of business analysts and ensure their professional growth and development.
- Maintain data infrastructure and ensure data accuracy and security, and implement processes for data governance and data management.
- Create and analyze data reports to uncover insights and drive business decisions.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visually compelling data presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success of data and analytics initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data and analytics capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
