**1) Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)**

**Job description**

Looking for a confident, soft spoken Customer Relationship Expert ( CRE )

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers and constantly servicing them.
- Taking care of the customer requirements
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the Flow process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.

Requirement:

- **Good In communication ( Oral and Written )**:
**Immediate Joining is preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
