Sanjay Group Company is one of the leading EMS company caters the service in PCB assembling. Company has several businesses such as PCB assembly, Wind Energy, EV charging Infrastructure and Agro products.
- Inspect printed solder paste for accuracy
- Load specified programs on machine’s computer according to PCB assembly plan
- Program the coordinates as per customer specified design chart or as per the design of the board
- Identify components accurately and where how to place them on the reel
- Troubleshoot and optimize program.
- Set up tools and parts to operate the machine
- Warm up machine for prescribed time period
- Load and check all components to the feeders according to program
- Load feeders according to chosen program
- Adjust PCB transport rails for all machines
- Re-check value loaded on particular wheel and program
- Ensure specified gap between two boards for secure placing of components on each pcb
- Ensure the boards and components are not disturbed
- Check the daily PCB-loading list
- Recognize width of component reels
- Observe proper ESD and contamination prevention handling practices
- Keep records of assembly
- Monitor the operation of equipment to ensure that assemblies are in compliance with standards.
- Hand over the finished boards to reflow machine operator
- Reload the components as and when the reel or tray becomes empty
- Monitor the pick-and-place assembling and soldering process
- Clearance the reel path if it gets stuck due to improper flow of components
- Cross check the PCB and components received from screen printing
- Section prior to assembly
- Visually check to ensure that solder paste is as per specifications before starting pick-and-place operation
- Visually check on the assembled board for components missed out against design chart
- Maintain machine to avoid downtime
- Perform regular cleaning as prescribed by machine manufacturer
- Perform weakly greasing and cleaning of nozzles.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
