- Research, develop and create content for Automation Testing courses.
- Deliver interactive sessions with group(s) of learners on specific topics covered in the curriculum clubbed with relevant case studies and live examples.
- Prepare the learners with updated Testing Frameworks: Protractor, Selenium, Test Café, Functional testing, user behavioural testing, security testing, API testing.
- Handle and devise end-to-end training - course content preparation, material preparation, case studies, live projects explanation, etc.
- Develop technical content - practise exercise, creating course scenarios, hands on projects, create assignments & test scripts.
- Support in highlighting the problem areas and tracking bugs that hinder software installation.
- Create and maintain a database of training strategies, initiatives, modules, and materials.
- Review team members’ content creations and mentor them accordingly.
- Design training program based on the needs of the corporate clients.
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

**Requirements**:

- B.E/B.Tech with 10+ years of experience.
- Good experience in Protractor automation framework or similar tools like Selenium, Test Cafe.
- Familiar with Java Selenium, Testng, Cucumber, puppeteer etc,.
- Good understanding of modern Information Technology, and operations of a SOC.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Good to have the curiosity of a Hacker.
- Good experience creating technical courseware for delivery in a corporate setting.
- Reasonable experience creating technology training manuals in a corporate setting.
- Desired to have passed at least three technology industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.
- Preferred to have technology teaching certification such as MCE, MCT, MIE or completion of a technology TTT course.
