We are expanding our content team and looking for a SDET Content Curator who can transform real-world skills into structured, pedagogically sound learning experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong SDET Content Curator to design, review, and curate high-quality content related to Software Testing, Automation, and QA Engineering. This role focuses on creating hands-on assessments, project scenarios, coding questions, and automation tasks aligned with industry expectations for universities and corporate clients.

You will collaborate with technical teams, QA experts, and trainers to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date with modern testing practices and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Curation & Creation

  • Curate and develop high-quality content for Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Java Selenium, BDD/Cucumber, TestNG/JUnit, and related testing frameworks.

  • Design scenario-based questions, MCQs, coding problems, debugging tasks, and real-world automation projects.

  • Build end-to-end test cases and project-based assessments aligned with client and curriculum requirements.

2. Quality Review & Audit

  • Review existing test content, framework demos, and learning materials for accuracy, clarity, and technical depth.

  • Validate the correctness and completeness of curated questions and automation tasks.

  • Ensure content aligns with industry standards, best practices, and testing methodologies.

3. Framework Expertise

  • Create or refine sample automation frameworks (Hybrid, BDD, POM, Data-Driven, API Test Automation).

  • Provide reusable test templates, scripts, and examples for learners and trainers.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with trainers, product teams, and SMEs to understand requirements and produce relevant content.

  • Gather inputs from clients and translate them into structured, high-quality assessments.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with evolving tools and trends in Selenium, Java, API Testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Automation frameworks.

  • Introduce innovative content ideas, new question types, or automation tasks to enrich the learner experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Java + Selenium WebDriver.

  • Hands-on experience with BDD (Cucumber), TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git.

  • Understanding of POM, Hybrid Frameworks, API Testing (Postman/RestAssured).

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) is a plus.

  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum.

Content Development Skills

  • Ability to write clear, structured, error-free content.

  • Experience creating test scenarios, automation scripts, and real-world testing problems.

  • Strong ability to break down complex concepts for learners.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to innovate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or Test Analyst.

  • Experience in content creation, mentoring, or training is a plus.

  • Exposure to Python Selenium / C# Selenium / API automation tools is an advantage.
