**About Us**:

To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

**About the role**:
You will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and management of our fintech products. You will work closely with Product managers,senior product managers, engineering teams, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of our product strategy.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. Product Development:
a. Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for our fintech products.

b. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2.Project Management:
a. Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.

b. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development projects.

3. User Experience (UX) and Design:
a. Work with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

b. Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.

4. Data Analysis:
a. Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into user behavior and product performance.

b. Work with data scientists to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.

5. Documentation:
a. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.

6. Stakeholder Communication:
a. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, providing updates on product development progress and addressing inquiries.

7. Quality Assurance:
a. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of product releases.

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
1. 0-1 years of experience in product management or a related role.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

5. Ability to have strong sense of ownership.

**Education**: Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution (BBA/MBA)
