**Production Management**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate the daily production schedule.
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and time.
- Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules based on demand or unforeseen issues.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise production teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure workers are skilled and follow standard operating procedures.
- Address any issues or concerns related to workforce performance.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on finished goods.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions if needed.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished products.
- Ensure that materials are ordered in a timely manner to prevent production delays.
- Maintain records of all materials used during production.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure that production equipment is maintained and functioning optimally.
- Work with maintenance teams to schedule regular preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Address any machine breakdowns or technical issues that could impact production.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed by the production team.
- Regularly assess workplace conditions and take corrective actions to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas of inefficiency in the production process and suggest improvements.
- Implement new processes or techniques to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Report daily production statistics and performance to senior management.
- Ensure all necessary documentation completed and up to date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in supervising production teams and managing production schedules.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Proficient in the use of production software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process optimization.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May require working in shifts depending on production schedule.
- Occasional travel to suppliers or other production sites may be required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
