**Job Title**: Head of Department - Physics (Classes 11 & 12)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Head of Department (HOD) for Physics** to lead and manage the senior secondary Physics faculty. The role involves academic planning, teacher mentoring, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning for Classes 11 and 12.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Physics department and oversee curriculum planning for Classes 11 & 12.
- Ensure effective lesson delivery and academic excellence in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Guide and mentor Physics faculty to improve teaching methodologies and student outcomes.
- Monitor student performance and initiate corrective actions for academic improvement.
- Coordinate lab work, practical exams, and board exam preparations.
- Collaborate with school leadership on academic policies, timetabling, and result analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Physics with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level.
- Prior leadership or coordination experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate team members and drive academic excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
