**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Physics, covering key topics such as Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics as per the CBSE Board curriculum.
- Conduct lab experiments and practical sessions to enhance students' understanding of theoretical concepts.
- Prepare students for board exams through regular assessments, mock tests, and by providing individual guidance and feedback.
- Develop students’ problem-solving and analytical skills by encouraging inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, including technology integration, to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide personalized support to students who need extra help in understanding difficult concepts.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (Class 11 & 12).
- Strong understanding of the CBSE Board curriculum for Physics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct and supervise physics experiments in the laboratory.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to explore the world of physics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience preparing students for board exams with a focus on academic excellence.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods, including the use of digital tools and technology in the classroom.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing lab work and experiments.
