**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver a well-rounded Physical Education curriculum that meets CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines and caters to the needs of senior secondary students.
- Teach various physical activities, sports, and fitness routines, ensuring that students develop skills in team sports, individual sports, and overall physical fitness.
- Organize and supervise regular physical training sessions, sports events, tournaments, and inter-school competitions.
- Educate students on the importance of physical fitness, nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and the long-term benefits of regular exercise.
- Assess students' physical abilities, fitness levels, and sportsmanship, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Implement safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure environment during physical activities and sports events.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and leadership qualities through sports and physical education activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate physical education into the broader school curriculum and to organize school-wide events and activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and research in physical education and sports science.
- Maintain and manage sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in Physical Education at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 and 12).
- Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness training techniques, and physical education theories.
- Experience in preparing students for board exams in Physical Education.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire students to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Passionate about sports and physical fitness with a commitment to student development.
