Monitored the creditors accounts for timely payments, analyzing

& approving Debit Note, Credit Note requests.

Handled release of payments and control over premium

received, formulating & forecasting budgets.

Administered maintenance of books of accounts, inclusive of P & L account, and trial balance with the finalization of year end

accounts.

Verified various ledgers and reconciliation statements viz. bank

reconciliation, credit reconciliation etc., for analyzing the

accuracy of books of accounts.

Monitored commercial invoices, preparing as per the tax

planning and within the accounting norms.

Prepared audit programs, scope for audit and responsible for

delegation of work to subordinates.

Prepared tax plans and ensuring timely assessment & filing of

direct / indirect tax returns.

Preparation of GST Data and Filling of GST Return.
